The nuvi 300 a portable GPS navigation system, travellers reference and digital entertainment system, providing detailed maps, automatic routing, turn by turn voice directions, called out by street name. Finger touch screen control, allows selection of mode of operation and data entry for route planning via alpha/numeric & character display screens.

The map database gives hotels, restaurants, petrol stations and attractions, with distances and addresses, and navigation to the selected venue.
